If a person is unable to deal with things as they happen that can be detrimental to his or her health. It becomes a problem when a person feels stressed; when he or she feels like there is no way out of the situation. Stress is a problem when it cannot be controlled.
Stress happens because of the fact that life is a series of events and challenges that need to be dealt with in a proper way to attain our goals. If a person is able to rest, he will feel relaxed and that will make him able to focus and deal with things with ease. Relaxation can be the solution that a person needs.
