Build Champions Out Of Child Beauty Pageant Contestants
Build Champions: Hello my beauties this is yet another exciting article if you want to build champions of our wonderful children who participate in child beauty pageants!
This will be about some of the things needed as you build champions while making your children blossom above the competition in any child beauty pageants across the country. There are so many things to take into consideration when getting ready to compete so, to take some of the stress away from you I’ve come up with a list of things that is sure to get you going in the right direction.
Stress levels are high when you are preparing your child pageant princess for the big day of the competition and I totally understand why. You’ve spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars getting ready to see your child in beauty contests perform at a level that will beat out the competition. You want to not only see your child do well, but have fun while doing it and sometimes it just doesn’t all come together the way you saw it in your head.
Yes, the cost of beauty pageants has gone up and here’s why:
- Parents are entering their first beauty pageant/child beauty pageant/pageant contest
- Pageant girls are more interested due to television shows like toddlers and tiaras
- Popular beauty pageants like the Little Miss Atlanta beauty pageant is trending
- Winners in Children beauty pageants are investing in the best false teeth known as Flippers teeth / Pageant Flippers / Dental Flippers / Teeth Flippers etc.
- More parents are introducing their newborns to the World of Baby Modeling and Kid Modeling
- The price of the best girls pageant dresses is up. Still, Amazon offers some great Pageant Dresses for girls and Hair Accessories. With that in mind, I’ve come up with a list of ways to relax your brain while still doing what’s necessary for preparing for a child beauty pageant. You and your child need to understand that the child pageants are a competition; however, it’s also supposed to be fun. If you’re competing in one of the smaller local beauty pageants, there are different guidelines to abide by versus one that is nationally known with hundreds of competitors. One thing to know is that without the proper training first at home, there is almost certainly no way to beat out the mothers who spend hours making sure their little child pageant beauties are competition ready. First, instill in your child that there is no such thing as ugly pageant girls. Once that is out of the way, they will not take the attitude that they are better, just that they worked hard to be the best.
- Second, you must compete. By that I mean you have to have the necessary things to win. This is a competition and you must enter it with the mindset that there are things that you can not go without and still expect the big crown. This isn’t a sport for everyone, and if you want to win, you must do what it takes.
- Third, know that the judges are human not machines and they have likes and personal opinions just like everyone else. To think or expect every aspect to be 100% fair is unrealistic and you will have a view that will not play to their human nature. So always smile and do things that will make the Judges smile and say awww. Remember, they hold the key to that crown you want, so play the game.
- Fourth and final, you must understand that you are working with little kids who act like monsters. They sometimes just want to go play or do their own thing no matter how much training you do at home, so allow them to feel free. With that feeling of freedom versus such seriousness, you will win their emotions and they will have fun doing what they practiced so vigorously at home. It will show when they are genuinely having fun on stage.. Again, the judges are human and can easily detect a fake or forced smile and performance.
- Do things that play to the character of your child’s individuality, not something you feel they should do. Let them decide sometimes which song they want to dance to, or hairstyle (give a few suggestions), it will work better in the end. Well that’s all for this post I hope you’ve learned something that will help boost your child beauty pageant star to the moon and beyond. Until next time, ROCK THAT STAGE!
